"Barely Anything to Choose From"
The selection was kind of pathetic. I went in expecting to find at least the basic stuff, but there was barely anything there. Disappointing.

"Order was mostly right, but fixing the size was a hassle"
The order was mostly correct, but one item came in the wrong size. Everything else was fine, but now I have to deal with exchanging it, which is just extra work I wasn’t planning on.

"Box showed up crushed and support just sent me in circles"
The package arrived in rough shape, like the box had been crushed somewhere along the way. I tried reaching out to support about it, but it felt like I kept getting bounced around without anyone really helping or giving a clear answer. Frustrating experience overall.

I’m not even exaggerating when I say the customer service was completely useless. I reached out expecting at least some help, but they gave me nothing helpful at all. Definitely not a good experience.

"Solid gear, small packaging hiccup"
I grabbed a few tattoo needles and some grip covers from bishoptattoosupply.com, mostly because I needed to restock before I forgot again. Anyway, the quality was good, the needles looked clean, packed properly, and nothing had that cheap or sketchy feel you sometimes worry about when ordering supplies online.
The only thing that made me knock it down to 4 stars was one of the boxes showing up with a small dent. Not a huge deal, and the stuff inside was totally fine, so I’m not really mad about it. I’ve already used the products with my setup and they worked well, so yeah, I’d order from them again.

"Return was painless"
The return process was mostly easy, honestly. I was kind of expecting them to make it more complicated or try to slow-walk the refund, but the money came back quickly. Support was fine too, not overly friendly, but they handled it
